Das Siddha Yogeshvari Mata Tantra ist ein Agama des Kaula - Trika aus dem siebten Jahrhundert neben dem Rudra-yāmala-Tantra, Kulārṇava-Tantra, Jñānārṇava, Nityā-ṣoḍaśika-arṇava0, Svacchanda-Tantra, Netra-Tantra, Tantrarāja-Tantra und Kālīkula('Gefolge von Kali) des Krama. Es dient der Verehrung der Göttin Siddhayogesvari und beschreibt einen Satz von 8 Gottheiten angeführt von Aghorā.

Das Tantra ist im Malinivija und im Malinivijayottara Tantra zusammengefasst
