Jivanmukti: Unterschied zwischen den Versionen

Jivanmukti(Individuelle Befreiung) bedeutet die Befreiung (Moksha) der individuellen Seele (Jivatman) durch höchste Selbstverwirklichung. Der Jivanmukta ruht im Brahman (Brahmaanubhava).

In der Hatha Yoga Pradipika (Kap. 4, Verse 3 - 4) ist Jivanmukti eine Bezeichnung für den höchsten Zustand im Hatha Yoga.

Videha mukti

Der Begriff Videha mukti (Körperlose Befreiung) wird für die Befreiung nach dem Tode und für die Befreiung vom Körper verwendet. Nach dem Yoga-Kundalini Upanishad bestehen in diesem Zustand nur noch Das (Tat) und der Ton.
