Die Nisvasa Tattva Samhita (Niśvāsatattvasaṃ̣hitā , ca. 450-550 CE) des shivaistischen Mantramarga ist wohl der älteste erhaltene Text des Mantramarga des Śaiva Tantra neben dem Vinasikha Tantra, dem Mataṅgapārameśvara und dem Brahmayāmala. Es überlebte als gut erhaltenes nepalesisches Manuskript.
